ABSTRACTS
Artist Statement
Abstract photography is a language of rhythm, shape, pattern, and light, where familiar subjects dissolve into ambiguity and mystery. Rather than documenting the world, these images reveal a landscape of abstraction that exists both in nature and within the mind.
My work explores the accidental forms created by the natural world with fleeting arrangements of shadow, texture, reflection, movement, and chance. These moments are neither designed nor controlled, yet they possess an intrinsic order that emerges through observation. Complexity arises from simplicity, as organic patterns and unexpected relationships transform ordinary scenes into unfamiliar visual experiences.
By removing context and resisting literal interpretation, the photographs encourage a slower way of seeing. They invite the viewer to engage with uncertainty, allowing meaning to emerge through intuition rather than explanation.
