REFLECTIONS

Artist Statement

Water is a living surface where the visible world and the invisible world meet. My photography explores reflections—of the sky, trees, bushes, clouds. The landscape that surrounds the water, the rain that has just fallen down—transforming everything into images that exist between reality and abstraction.

The reflective surface becomes a mirror not only of nature, but also of the photographer's inner vision. It is a reflection of memory, emotion, and the subconscious.

Photography becomes an act of attentive seeing. It is an invitation to slow down and witness what is often overlooked—the fleeting dialogue between water and light, between reflection and reality. The reflections on water reveal themselves, offering a space where the external landscape and the inner landscape become one. Each image is a meditation on impermanence, transformation, and the profound beauty found in continuous change.

Water is not simply a subject, but a metaphor for perception, memory, and the subconscious.

Together, these individual elements create a unified visual language, reminding us that every part of nature contributes to the harmony and wholeness of life. In every fragment resides the essence of the whole, revealing that unity is found not only in a complete flower or a tree, but in every living detail that surrounds and sustains it.
